  1. Potatoes: 2 
  2. Tomatoes: 2
  3. Onions: 2
  4. Red chilli: 1 tablespoon  
  5. Salt: ½ teaspoon
  6. Turmeric: ½ teaspoon

Steps to follow:

  • Take oil in a pan and add finely cut onions, tomatoes, and potatoes to it
  • Then add dry spices to it and cook it on medium flame
  • Once they are soft add eggs on the top and green chilli as well
  • Then simmer it for 5 minutes.

Serving:

Serve with chapati.
